Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped. To cancel, please email us at sakhira.gehne@gmail.com with your order number.
After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return or exchange after receiving the product, subject to our return policy.
2. Returns & Exchange
Eligibility for Return:
We accept return/exchange requests only in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong item.
Return Request Timeline:
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at sakhira.gehne@gmail.com with unboxing video proof and images of the product.
Conditions for Return:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.
We do not accept returns for minor color variations due to screen differences.
Customized or sale items are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy:
If your product meets the above return conditions, we will offer you either:
A replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
A store credit for future purchases on Sakhira.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
The order is cancelled before shipping and within the allowed time frame.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. In case of returns, reverse shipping will be arranged by us only for damaged or incorrect items.
